By sending us an email with the date that you mailed your items and the tracking information, we will know it’s on its way.

Who will contact me regarding my items?

We will contact you to let you know that your items were received. Upon your request, we can document the opening of your package with photographs, which we will email to you at your request. Once your items are evaluated, we will contact you with an offer. You will have the choice to accept or reject our offer with no pressure and no obligation.
